We present a new project for investment - "K. Kalinausko 11A-31A (Antrine hipoteka)". The raised funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 20 000.

The funds of the project will be allocated for the purchase of an apartment with an area of 44.44 square meters, located in a house built in 1940. Currently, according to the Registry Center, the apartment is 100% complete. The owner of the project buys an apartment with a plot of land for EUR 137 000. In the purchased property, the owner of the project plans to carry out cosmetic repairs, renovate the interior and sell it.

UAB "Ribas Holdings" main activity is Real estate operations and retail sale of jewelry and jewelry in specialized stores. To date, the group has developed 928 square meters of apartments and commercial premises and returned funds to investors ahead of schedule.

To secure the interests of investors, a 144.44 square meter apartment at the address K. Kalinausko str. 11A-31A, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 137 000. In addition, this loan is guaranteed by Patrikas Ribas.

- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 2 499 - 12.5%
- From EUR 2 500 - 13%
