About the Project:
The project owner is currently actively developing the project located at Šiaurės Sodų 1-oji Street 14, Vilnius. The project is being implemented on a 0.0550 ha plot, where the surrounding area is primarily made up of garden houses and residential homes, with the Dvarčionys Nature Reserve nearby. The house, according to the Land Register, is currently 61% completed, and the final project goal is to finish the construction to full completion and sell it for 266,000 EUR excluding VAT (1,900 EUR/m² excluding VAT).

Loan Information:
The loan is financed in stages. This loan will be repaid from the sale of the construction property, and the interest will be paid from the advance payment.

The maximum amount to be financed is 91,000 EUR. The project is financed according to the current collateral property valuation until the set maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached.

The amount to be raised is planned to be collected within 7 days, with the possibility of extending up to 30 days if the funds are not raised in time.
