About the project:
The company owner is engaged in real estate purchase, renovation, and sales activities in Vilnius. With over 10 years of experience in real estate development, he aims to complete 20 real estate transactions during the loan term to ensure rapid capital turnover and profitable sales. The loan funds will be used for real estate purchases, and the quick sale of assets (within 3–6 months) will ensure liquidity and profit. The collateral is the shareholder’s residential house in Vilnius, valued at 306,000 EUR (excluding VAT).

Loan information:
The loan and interest will be repaid from the real estate purchase-sale profit. About 20 transactions are planned during the loan term.

The maximum financing amount is 214,000 EUR. The project is financed based on the current appraisal of the pledged property until the specified maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new property valuation will be required, and further project financing stages will only be launched if the specified maximum LTV is not exceeded.

The targeted amount is planned to be raised within 7 days, with the possibility of an extension up to 30 days if the funds are not raised.
