About the Project:
The project owner acquired a 5.96-are land plot with a 102.51 m² garden house at Kryžiokų sodų 5-oji g. 47, Vilnius, and is actively renovating it with the goal of selling it fully finished. The actual project completion currently stands at about 75% - the facade and roof have been renovated and insulated, water and sewage systems are installed, and interior finishing and landscaping are underway.

The developer has already invested 120,000 EUR of their own funds into the purchase of the land and house, as well as renovation work. The raised funds will be used to complete the works and support the working capital of MB “Tavo pelnas.” The project is expected to be completed within 1 year and sold fully finished. The expected revenue from the sale of the garden house is 229,622 EUR, or EUR 2,240 per m².

Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the garden house sale, while investor interest will be returned from an advance payment.

We plan to raise the required amount within 7 days, with the possibility of extension to 30 days if needed.
