We present a new financing project - "Grendaves 68". The funds from this project will be allocated to the further development of another "Profitus" financed project "Misko panoramos namai". The amount to be raised is EUR 200 000.
About the project:
The owner of the project is building 8 one-family houses in Vilnius, on Katisiu st. The house will be one-story, 160 square meters, with a garage for one car. The house for sale will be partially finished. The selling price of one house is EUR 250 000, the planned sales income of the whole project is EUR 2 000 000.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will allocate the raised funds to the development of the project "Misko panoramos namai". Currently, on a plot of land at the address Katisiu st. 24, the house is already sold, at Katisiu st. 36 buyers of the house concluded a preliminary purchase and sale agreement. This loan will be repaid after the sale of the mortgaged apartments in this project or from the proceeds of the sale of the project under development.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of the investors, two flats with a total area of 288.93 square meters and a plot of land with an area of 9.37 acres are pledged at the Grendaves st. 68, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 384 000.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 7,5%
- From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 8%
- From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 9,5%
- From 10 000 EUR – 10%

We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
About the Profitus
Profitus is a crowdfunding and investment platform whose main goal is to make investment available to everyone. Investments start at 100 euros, and the platform is open 24/7. Investments are secured by pledging real estate and other collateral (e.g., indemnity or warranty). Different projects have different security tools that users can access in self-service for each project.
