We present a new investment project - "Dusmenu 67 antrine". The raised funds will be used for the development of the real estate project. The amount to be raised is EUR 50 000.
About the project:
"Lapino namai" is a block of newly built individual houses, for developers in the project "Biciulių terasos". The project develops A+ energy class houses, characterized by unified architecture, and spacious 8-10 acre plots of land for each house. Nearby are forests, Trakai lake, and the castle, which can be reached by bicycle. 80-120 square meters residential houses will be equipped with partial or full decoration. The house will be sold, and the estimated sales revenue of the entire project is EUR 8 575 000.

To secure the interests of investors an 8.21 acres plot of land with a 145.54 square meters A + class residential house is pledged at Dusmenu st. 67, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, Ober-Haus, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 345 000.

- From EUR 100 to EUR 1 999 – 12%
- From EUR 2 000 to EUR 5 999 – 12.5%
- From EUR 6 000 – 13%
