We present a new financing project "Du namai Baltuose". The raised amount will be used to cover existing financial commitments. The amount raised is EUR 160 000.
About the project:
"Du namai Baltuose" is a part of Baltai, a newly built residential quarter located on the outskirts of Vilnius. This project finances 2 houses with a purpose of 6 months period will be changed to residential. Currently, both buildings (which consist of 7 outbuildings) have been completed to full finish, with 100% completion. Each house has a plot of land of 8.71-8.69 acres. After the change of purpose, notarial sales contracts will be signed.

To secure the interests of investors, 2 plots of land with a total area of 17.4 acres with 7 farm buildings are pledged. Pledged land plots with fully equipped, farm buildings, in Vilnius, Zubiskiu st. 135 and 129. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 240 200. The loan-to-value ratio (LTV) is 67%.
The project is located in a quiet and surrounded by nature, away from the city center, but in an infrastructurally convenient location. 19 km to Vilnius city center, 10 km to Trakai.
