We present a new project for investment "Butas Virsuliskiu gatveje". The project owner will use the raised funds for refinancing available loan and working capital. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 67 500.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for refinancing the existing loan and working capital. This decision will give the project owner time to complete the installation, division and registration of the 61,45 square meter, three-room apartment. After completing these works, the apartments will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is EUR 160 000. The proceeds of the sale will repaid this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 61,45 square meters is pledged at Virsuliskiu st. 10-11, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 101 000.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9%
- From 500 EUR to 1999 EUR – 9.5%
- From 2 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 10.5%
- From 10 000 EUR – 11%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.
We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
