We present a new financing project, "Butas Virsilu g. 6-18". The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of real estate, which will be equipped later. The amount to be taised is EUR 110 900.

The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment with an area of 56.09 square meters, built in 2022, located on the sixth floor of a brick apartment building. Currently, according to the Registry Center, the apartment is 88% complete. The owner of the project buys an apartment with a parking space for EUR 143 915, which he intends to equip in a modern way with all household appliances and furniture. After completing these works, the apartment will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is EUR 208 000. The proceeds of the sale will repay this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 56.09 square meters is pledged at Virsilu st. 6-101, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 158 500.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 8%
- From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 8.5%
- From 1 000 EUR to 2 999 EUR – 9%
- From 3 000 EUR to 7 499 EUR – 9.5%
- From 7 500 EUR – 10%
