We present a new financing project, "Butas Skroblu g. 14-10 (Antrine hipoteka)". The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of real estate, which will be equipped later. The amount to be raised is EUR 37 500.

"Melyni vilkai" is a quarter of residential houses in Vilkpede created for a rational and visionary city person, providing excellent conditions for living close to the city center, whose residents can enjoy active city life near the busy New Town, and at the same time - enjoy peace in a closed area away from the main objects of the center.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment with an area of 51.13 square meters, built in 2022, located on the second floor of a brick apartment building. Currently, according to the Registry Center, the apartment is 87% complete. The owner of the project is buying an apartment for EUR 123 000, which he intends to equip in a modern way with all household appliances and furniture. After completing these works, the apartment will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is around EUR 229 000. The proceeds of the sale will repay this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 51.13 square meters is pledged at Skroblu st. 14-10, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 150 000.
We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
