We present a new financing project - "Butas Skersines G53E-1". The raised funds will be used for the refinancing of existing loan and the development of real estate. The amount to be raised at this stage is EUR 252 700.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate a part of the raised amount to the refinancing of the available loan, and the remaining part: to the working capital of the company, to the final works of the mortgaged property, and to the design work and preparation for construction of the other available plot of land. The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the mortgaged property, which is estimated at EUR 464 000.

To secure the interests of investors, a 132.67 square meter apartment built in 2021 and part of land plot are pledged, at Skersines st. 53E-1, Bajoru village, Vilnius district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 361 100.

- From 15 000 EUR to 29 999 EUR – 11.5%
