We present a new project for investment "Butas S41-6". The project owner will use the raised funds for investment in real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 42 500.
About the project owner:
The project owner's group has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of about 1 500 square meters.
The aim of the project:
Part of the project's funds will be allocated to the installation of an apartment with an area of 31.36 square meters, on the ground floor of a brick apartment building in Vilnius, as well as maintenance of common rooms on the basement level, which belong to the company of the developer group. After the completion of installation work, the apartment will be rented. The loan will be repaid by refinancing this loan over the long term with a rental income stream or from sales proceeds.

To secure the interests of investors, a 31.36 square meter apartment, built in 1962 (renovated in 2022) is pledged, at Studentu st. 41-6, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 68 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9,5%
- From 500 EUR to 1 999 EUR – 10%
- From 2 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10,5%
- From 5 000 EUR – 11%
