We present a new project for the investment „Butas Pilies gatveje“. Project funds will be used for refinancing, the amount to be raised is EUR 175 000.
About the purpose of the project:
The project funds will be used to refinance the previous loan. The owner of the project purchased land plots in Zujunai with previously financed funds, where he developed the infrastructure and sold it. The proceeds from the sale were invested in the acquisition of new plots of land. The project owner acquired land plots in Kalnenai, Vilnius. These plots are going to develop infrastructure and then sell. The proceeds of the sale will cover this loan.

To ensure the interests of investors, a 97.88 square meter, two-storey, fully equipped apartment is pledged in the Old Town of Vilnius, at Pilies str. 19-3, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 422 000.

- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 - 7%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 999 - 7,5%
- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 2 499 - 8%
- From EUR 2 500 to EUR 4 999 - 8,5%
- From EUR 5 000 - 9%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
