We present a new financing project "Butas Maironio g.", the funds of which will be allocated to working capital. The amount to be raised is EUR 120 000.

The project owner has experience in real estate development. Has implemented various residential reconstructions in Kaunas with a total area of 500 square meters.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project purchased a 5-room, 98.97 square meter fully furnished apartment on the fourth floor at Maironio st. 40-7, Kaunas. The apartment is planned to be divided into two property units, fully equipped and sold. Each apartment is planned to be sold for EUR 110 000 - 130 000.
To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors a 5-room, 98.97 square meter fully furnished apartment on the fourth floor is pledged at Maironio st. 40-7, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 188 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 7%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 9 999 – 7,5%
- From EUR 10 000 – 8%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
