We present a new financing project, "Butas Druskininku G22-15". The project owner will use the raised funds to refinance existing loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 149 000.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be allocated to the refinancing of a loan from another credit institution. The owner of the project borrowed for the purchase of the property. The borrower plans to pay the interest from operating income, which, in the first half of 2022, generated about EUR 22 600. At the end of the term, depending on the situation, the client plans to refinance all or part of the loan.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, a 97.60 square meter apartment with a basement is pledged at Druskininku st. 22-15, Palanga. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 218 500. Additionally, company manager Liudvika Jokse and shareholder Nedas Kazukauskas provide guarantees for this loan.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 10.5%
- From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 11%
- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 11.5%
- From 5 000 EUR to 14 999 EUR – 12%
- From 15 000 EUR – 12.5%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
