We are introducing a new financing project "Biurai Saltoniskiu verslo centre", the funds of which will be allocated to the refinancing of the current loan and pay out the intrest on it. The amount to be raised is EUR 316 400.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will allocate the raised funds to the refinancing of existing loan. The project owner's mortgaged premises are currently being sold, for which reason he will repay the loan in instalments and it is expected that the loan will be repaid in full before maturity.The premises are also currently being rented out and are generating an income of over EUR 2 000 per month.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, 5 office premises with a total area of 207.25 square metres at Saltoniskiu g. 31, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is currently EUR 524 000.
The amount of funding for the project is EUR 316 400. LTV. Loan-to-value ratio (LTV) of 61%.

- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 4 999 - 10%
- From EUR 5 000 to EUR 9 999 - 11%
- From EUR 10 000 to EUR 24 999 - 12%
- From EUR 25 000 - 13%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the possibility of extending it to 21 days if the funds are not raised.
