About the Project:
The project owner is acquiring a 139.83 m² apartment with a basement and two parking spaces (total area 48.63 m²) located at Kuosu st. 20-35, Klaipeda. According to the Register Centre data, the registered completion of the apartment is 100%. The project owner plans to rent out the acquired apartment together with the parking spaces.

Loan Information:
Interest to investors will be paid from rental income and company operating income. Loan repayment is planned by refinancing the loan or selling the pledged real estate.

Maximum financed amount: EUR 300,000. The project is financed according to the current valuation of the pledged property until it reaches the established maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new property valuation will have to be performed, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the established maximum LTV is not exceeded.


We plan to raise the target amount within 7 days, with the possibility to extend up to 30 days if the funds are not collected.
