We present a new project for investment "Administracines patalpos Saltiniu g.". The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 199 750.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be allocated for the purchase of administrative premises with an area of 191.74 square meters in a prestigious place in Vilnius - Old Town, Saltiniu str. 11-41A, on the basement floor of a residential building with commercial premises. The owner of the project buys these premises for EUR 235 000, which he plans to arrange and equip up to 10 studios and sell them. The planned profit of the project is EUR 127 100. The proceeds of the sale will repaid this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, administrative premises with an area of 191.74 square meters are pledged at the address Saltiniu str. 11-41A, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 393 000.

- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 - 9%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 999 - 9.5%
- From EUR 1000 to EUR 4 999 - 10%
- From EUR 5000 to EUR 9 999 - 10.5%
- From EUR 10 000 - 11%
