We are introducing a new financing project "Vilniaus Kalvariju g. loftai", the funds of which will be allocated for the working capital of the company. The amount to be raised is EUR 115 000.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will allocate the raised funds for the company's working capital and the completion of three projects under development with a total area of 3 800 square metres. The estimated sales proceeds for all the projects under development are EUR 5 080 000.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, two apartments with a total area of 51,93 square meters are pledged at the address Kalvariju st. 149, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is currently EUR 178 700.

- From EUR 500 to EUR 1 499 - 9%
- From EUR 1 500 to EUR 2 999 - 9.5%
- From EUR 3 000 to EUR 5 999 - 10%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the possibility of extending it to 21 days if the funds are not raised.
About the Profitus
