We present a new financing project "Butas Seskines g.", the funds of which will be used for the repair of an apartment. The amount to be eaised is EUR 40 000.
The aim of the project:
The project owner is renovating a 67.82 square meter,s 3 rooms apartment on the fifth floor at Seskines st. 75-53, Vilnius. The apartment will be divided into two separate property units (1 apartment - 43 square meters and the other - 25 square meters), fully equipped and furnished with household appliances. The planned income from the sale of apartments is about EUR 149 600.
To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors, a 67.82 square meters, 3-room apartment on the fifth floor is pledged at Seskines st. 75-53, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 73 800.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 7,5%
- From 3 000 EUR – 8%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
