We are introducing a new financing project – „Butas Seimyniskiu g. 19A". The owner of the project will use the funds for property development and working capital. The amount to be raised is EUR 160 300.

The owner of the project has been in the real estate business since 2008. During this period he has sold a large number of apartments in Vilnius city. The developer has acquired and developed apartments for rent in Kernaves Street 17, Vilnius, as well as implemented a conversion project in Kalvariju Street 149.
About the project:
The owner of the project has purchased an apartment in Vilnius, built in 2019, with an area of 58.18 square metres. The pooled funds will be used to renovate the apartment to full completion. The developer plans to sell the apartment after renovation. The loan will be covered by the proceeds of the sale of the mortgaged property, which will amount to between EUR 330 000 – 340 000.
Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 10%
– From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 10.5%
– From 1 000 EUR to 1 499 EUR – 11%
– From 1 500 EUR – 11.5%
