Any entrepreneur with a financially substantiated project can offer this via our platform. Private and corporate investors can put money into this plan. In order to keep crowd financing attractive for the largest possible target group, Kapitaal Op Maat applies a limited number of rules.

Fees for project owners
Creating an account on our platform is completely free!
1. You pay a one-off, low amount of € 395 excluding VAT for the assessment of your financing application by our experts.
2. If your application fits within our acceptance policy, we will charge you € 350 excluding VAT to publish the project. This will enable you to reach more than 10,000 potential investors and other parties associated with Tailor-made Capital.
3. Once the target amount has been reached, you will pay a one-off “Customised” success fee of 2% (with a minimum of € 2,000) on the final amount to be paid out. The success fee partly depends on the ultimate risk profile assigned to the project. This success fee is deducted from the amount to be paid out.
4. In the case of current financing, in addition to the interest and/or repayment, monthly administration costs of € 0.25 per investor in the project will be collected.
Fees for investors
With Kapitaal Op Maat you pay transaction costs of €0.10 per transaction (incl. VAT) if you invest via Kapitaal Op Maat. This concerns the monthly payment of interest and repayment by the entrepreneur via the Stichting Derdengelden GoCredible. Your initial investment in a project is not counted as a transaction. The maximum transaction costs are €2.50 per month. So if you invest in 25 projects or more, the transaction costs will not exceed €2.50 per month.
The entrepreneur has the option of paying these transaction costs for each project. This will then be indicated in the Project Proposal. In this case you do not pay any transaction costs for this project.
The transaction costs are deducted from the monthly payment of interest and principal. The specification of the transaction costs can be found under “My transactions” in your account.
