GwenneG is a financial intermediary dedicated to financing local businesses.

GwenneG (or “petit sou” in Breton) responds to this desire for proximity and enables everyone to support projects, whether in the form of a bond issue or an equity investment, with one key objective: to support development and employment in the Grand Ouest region for future generations.

The aim of GwenneG is to enable everyone, from as little as €1,000, to contribute to the development of the region by financing the projects of individuals, associations or companies that are currently unable to grow due to a lack of financial support.

GwenneG is aimed at all project owners: start-ups in the seed or pre-development phase, VSEs/SMEs, associations or individuals seeking financing.

The success of these projects and companies guarantees jobs in Bretagne for generations to come. The aim is to mobilize individuals to invest their savings in the development of their region. This local approach puts people at the heart of the financing process so that everyone can play a part in shaping Bretagne’s future.

• Loans: any individual of legal age.
• Bonds: any natural person or legal entity having completed and validated their investor profile.
• Real estate: any natural person or legal entity having completed and validated their investor profile.
• Capital: any natural person or legal entity having completed and validated their investor profile.

Loans

• Lenders:
  You will not be charged any fees for using the lending services.
• Borrowers:
  5.5% excluding tax of the amount collected in the event of successful collection

Capital

• Investors:
  Variable depending on the project, entry fees may be deducted from the total amount of the investment.
• Capital project leaders:
  If the campaign is successful, a “success fee” between 7% and 8% excluding tax (% depending on the amount sought)

Bonds

• Investors:
  You will not be charged any fees for the use of bond services.
• Project leaders:
  5.5% excluding tax of the amount collected in the event of successful collection
  1% excluding tax/year of the capital remaining due on each anniversary date of the operation

Real estate bonds

• Investors:
  You will not be charged any fees for the use of bond services.
• Project leaders:
  5.5% excluding tax of the amount collected in the event of successful collection, 1% excluding tax/year of interest/capital repayment
