The planned selling price per 1 m² with full finishing is about EUR 3,600 including VAT. The planned total selling price of 3 townhouses is EUR 1,759,464 including VAT. This loan will be covered by the project's sales revenue, and interest to investors will be paid from the project owner's operating income.

Maximum planned Project financing amount: EUR 1,700,000. The project is financed according to the current valuation of the mortgaged property until it reaches the specified maximum loan-to-value ratio (LTV).
