About the Project:
The project owner intends to refinance an existing obligation on the PROFITUS platform. The need for refinancing arose because the project owner did not manage to sell the property before the loan maturity date.
The pledged asset consists of two fully completed semi-detached houses, with a total area of 333.6 m², located in Pärnu, Estonia, at Kalda tee 11. The project is situated in one of Estonia’s most attractive seaside cities – Pärnu, located about 130 km south of Tallinn and widely known as a resort destination. As a result, the city remains attractive not only for permanent living but also for leisure and rental activity, with a steady flow of tourists throughout the year.
The location at Kalda tee 11 is in a convenient, family-friendly part of the city: a calmer environment, more greenery, good accessibility, essential services nearby, and a comfortable distance to the city centre and key attractions.

Loan information:
The loan will be repaid from the property sale proceeds, which are expected to reach 550 000 EUR for both properties, or, if needed, by refinancing with another financial institution. Interest will be paid from the company’s operating income.
The amount being raised for refinancing – 181,500 EUR (Already raised: 140,000 EUR).
We plan to raise the required amount within 7 days, with the possibility to extend up to 30 days if the target is not met.
