We carefully evaluate all projects offered on the platform to ensure minimal-risk investments for our investors.
Anyone at least 18 years old and not a citizen of a country included in the Financial Action Task Force anti-money laundering (FATF AML) list and high-risk jurisdictions list of the EU.

The platform applies a 2% claim right transfer fee to the seller (the 2% fee of the selling price is deducted automatically at the moment of sale). There are no fees for the buyers in the secondary market.
