Loan for real estate development - Phase II. The purpose of the loan is for a residential house in Sumsko str. construction. Pledged property - a residential house with a plot located at Sumsko str. 129. House area 171.82 sq. m. The project is being developed in a successfully developed plot of land for residential houses in Vilnius. The residential house will be equipped with partial finishing. Housing infrastructure is developed according to the needs of the residents, an outdoor terrace is installed, large-wide windows with a view of the forest. Only 11 km from the city center. The pledged plot borders the forest, has access to hiking trails and ski slopes, and the nearby panorama of the city is pleasing to the eye. Maximum planned amount of funding for the project: EUR 120,000. The project is funded based on the current mortgage valuation until it reaches the maximum LTV set. When maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be required and further project funding stages will be announced and collected only if the maximum LTV set is not exceeded. We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
