We are presenting a new financing project "Miestelenu dvibuciai", the funds of which will be used to refinance an existing loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 85 400.

About the project owner:
The project owner has experience in the real estate development business. Has developed three residential projects with a total area of 240 square meters. He also has 10 years of experience in interior decoration.

The aim of the project:
The project owner will use the raised amount to refinance an existing loan. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the real estate. The apartment is already reserved, so this decision will give the project owner time to arrange the documentation for handing over the apartment and prepare for a notarial transaction.

The project owner is developing 6 semi-detached houses project near Kaunas. The area of each semi-detached house apartment will be 80 square meters. Currently, 3 tsemi-detached houses have already been built in the project, for which preliminary purchase and sale agreements for EUR 510 000 have already been signed. The rasied amount will be used to complete the construction of 3 semi-detached houses up to 100%. The estimated sales revenue for the entire project is EUR 1 056 000.

Currently, 3 semi-detached houses have already been built in the project, for which preliminary purchase and sale agreements for EUR 510 000 have already been signed. The estimated sales revenue for the entire project is EUR 1 056 000.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To protect the interests of investors, a fully equipped apartment with a total area of 53.06 square meters, with common areas belonging to it: a-2 (1/14 of 18.36 sq.m.), a-3 (1/14 of 17.59 sq.m.) .m.), a-4 (1/14 of 9.85 sq.m.), a-5 (1/14 of 4.43 sq.m.), a-6 (1/14 of 20.42 sq.m.) are pledged at Sestoku st. 45B-10, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 122 000.

- From 1 000 EUR to 2 999 EUR – 10%
- From 3 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR –10,5%
- From 5 000 EUR – 11%
