We present a new financing project – “Griezles tributis”. The raised amount will be used to cover existing financial commitments. The amount to be raised is EUR 115 000. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the real estate.

About the project:
The owner of the project is developing the construction of a three-apartment house on a 15.08-acre plot of land at Griezles st. 145, Uzliedziu village, Kaunas district. The total area of the three-apartment house is 345 square meters. Preliminary agreements have been signed for the sale of all the apartments in the three-apartment house, and the revenue will reach EUR 420 000. Three-apartment house registration is in progress. At present, the walls of the three-apartment house are being insulated, the roof is being installed, windows are being installed, communications are being installed, and field work is being carried out.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors 2 plots of land with a total area of 1.2956 hectares are pledged at Viaduko st. 7, Jonuciai village, Kaunas district and Griezles st. 145, Uzliedziai village, Kaunas district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 182 000. The valuation of the property is provided only for the land plot at Viaduko st. 7, Jonuciai village, Kaunas district.

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
