We present a new financing project, “Butas Budiniskiu 8″. The owner of the project will use the raised funds for furnishing three apartments. The amount to be raised is EUR 100 000.

The aim of the project:
The owner of the project purchased with his own funds three apartments, the completion of which is 100% according to the Registry Center. The project owner will allocate the funds raised by this project for the furnishing of apartments with all household appliances and furniture. After completing these works, the apartments will be sold. Currently, there are already buyers for two apartments. Estimated income from the sale of all apartments is EUR 570 000. The proceeds of the sale will repaid this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage: 
To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 56.53 square meters is pledged at Budiniskiu st. 8-30, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 148 830.

Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 999 EUR – 9%
– From 1 000 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 9.5%
– From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10%
– From 5 000 EUR – 10.5%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
