Business center Zverynas project is a project developed by UAB Kauseta, a company belonging to the Citus group, in the prestigious Zverynas district of Vilnius. The new business center under construction will be located on a commercial site at Seliu st. 48, Vilnius. Investors are pledged as security for a plot of 12.54 ares, valued by an independent real estate appraiser, at EUR 840,000.   In order to operate in a transparent and fair manner, we inform you that UAB Kauseta is one of the members of the Citus group of companies, whose shareholders are also shareholders of Profitus platform. Please note that the developer of the project is directly related to the Profitus funding platform. We confirm that the project is funded in accordance with the principles of transparency, impartiality, publicity and equality. The photos provide visualizations of the planned project.
