MAMACROWD

Mamacrowd is the first Italian equity crowdfunding platform for capital raised. It is managed by SiamoSoci, a leading company in matching between investors and the unlisted world.

Thanks to Mamacrowd, it is possible to invest completely online in startups, SMEs, real estate projects and vehicles dedicated to investments. Mamacrowd’s goals:

• 1st platform for capital raised since 2017
• In 2021, over 100 million euros of cumulative capital
• Community of over 100 thousand investors
• Over 150 companies have raised funds on the platform

Anyone can invest through Mamacrowd as long as they are of legal age.

European regulations distinguish between two types of investors: the sophisticated investor and the unsophisticated investor.

The details of the costs associated with the investment made through online portals for raising capital is agreed:

• with the Offeror, on the contract pertaining to the Offer,
• with the Investor, on the contract concluded with the Bank or investment firm for the provision of the corresponding investment service.

(Note: Generally, the Portal does not charge fees to Investors; if, however, fees are charged, they would be appropriately disclosed here and in the Investor Information Document.)

It is worth noting that Mamacrowd:

• does not charge fees to Investors (Note: generally, the Portal does not charge fees to Investors; if, on the other hand, they are expected, appropriate disclosure would be made here and in the Investor Information Document).
• If the Offer is successful (completed), as consideration for the services provided, it applies to the Offeror a fee determined as a percentage of the capital actually raised and varying according to the Offer. The Offeror shall pay this fee only when the capital increase is completed in accordance with all the requirements set forth in the Offer document.

The fees to be paid by Investors for transmitting orders to the receiving and perfecting parties, if any, are indicated in the information sheet for each Offer.
