Loan Collateral
L S Food offers a combination of existing assets and newly acquired equipment as collateral for the BGN 1,079,000 (~EUR 550,000) loan. The collateral structure includes fixed assets in the form of currently owned equipment and newly purchased assets, specifically drying units and a rehydrator, which will be financed through the loan.
Fixed Asset Collateral:
- Existing Equipment and Infrastructure: Valued at BGN 3,169,586.94 (~EUR 1,615,000).
- New Equipment to be Acquired: Two additional drying units and a rehydrator, with a total estimated value of BGN 417,095 (~EUR 220,000), ensuring an increase in production capacity.
L S Food’s collateral structure ensures sufficient security for the requested loan by leveraging a combination of existing fixed assets, newly acquired equipment, and dynamic inventory assets. While equipment depreciation is a factor, its direct role in revenue generation mitigates risk. The secured client agreements further reinforce financial stability, ensuring the company's ability to meet loan obligations.
