Loan Collateral

To secure the loan of 800,000 EUR, GREEN ENERGY SRL proposes a collateral structure comprising existing service infrastructure, dynamically pledged inventory, and equipment procured within the financed contract. Ownership of these collateral assets will remain with the company until all contractual obligations and client payments are fulfilled.

Service Line Infrastructure:

• GREEN ENERGY SRL possesses a fully operational maintenance and servicing line specializing in the repair and optimization of energy storage systems and solar panels.
• The market liquidation value of this infrastructure is estimated at approximately 550,000 EUR, providing a tangible and high-value collateral component for the loan.

Dynamically Pledged Inventory:

• In 2024, the company sold equipment worth 5.4 million EUR, indicating a steady monthly turnover in supplied equipment.
• Based on this performance, GREEN ENERGY SRL maintains an average of 450,000 EUR in rolling inventory at any given time, which serves as a dynamic form of collateral.
• These inventory assets, while fluctuating, remain a core component of the company’s operations and represent a significant portion of its working capital.

Equipment Procured Under the Financed Contract:

• The loan will partially finance the procurement of energy storage systems for the Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A. contract.
• The total value of equipment procured under this contract amounts to 1,249,033 EUR.
• Ownership of this equipment remains with GREEN ENERGY SRL until the completion of the contract and the corresponding payments from the client.
• This means the financed assets themselves function as collateral, ensuring that the lender has direct security over tangible and valuable equipment.
