N/A What does Kameo offer ?
Via Kameo, private individuals and institutions can invest directly in loans for property projects and small businesses. Property developers and small businesses, for their part, can carry out more property projects, employ more staff or invest in other measures that provide increased growth. We have therefore created a platform that makes it possible – a platform for loan-based crowdfunding.
Kameo was founded in 2014 and received a license from the Danish Finanstilsynet in 2016. In Norway, we are registered in the Finanstilsynet’s license register, and we have also had our Danish license approved in Norway via branch establishment in accordance with the Payment Services Directive. Kameo is owned by employees, the board and a bunch of angel investors.
We have offices in Stockholm and Oslo. We are mainly online-based, and use new technical solutions to streamline the loan processes. We therefore hope to be able to reduce the distance between borrower and lender, and in that way help investors get a better return while more property developers and small businesses get more funding. Simple, fair and flexible – at interest rates that suit everyone.
