As an issuer, you can raise capital for a project either by offering securities for sale on our platform (shares in a real estate company, for example) or by obtaining a loan from one of our specialist debt providers. As an investor, you can view investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and purchase securities directly on our platform.
Issuers
Our fee structure for Reg CF offerings is as follows:
A $2,500 onboarding fee
- Up to $1 million = 5% on capital
- $1 million – $2 million = 4.5% on capital
- $2 million – $3 million = 4% on capital
- $3 million – $4 million = 3% on capital
- $4 million – $5 million = 2.5% on capital
- We discount our fee by up to 25% based on bonafide issuer marketing expenses
- For other equity and debt raises on Invown we charge fixed platform fees

A 2% commission based on the amount of the investment
