The apartment is located in the real estate project "Renesanso", which is located in a historically important place in Vilnius - Vilnius Old Town. The project includes 3-4 storey residential houses with balconies or terraces, underfloor heating, large windows and skylights and high ceilings. The house has a courtyard and underground parking. The house is securely equipped - a fenced area and surveillance cameras.

To protect the interests of investors, an apartment is pledged in Vilnius, Sodu str. 6-11, Old Town. According to the independent real estate appraiser "Ober-Haus", the value of the mortgaged real estate is 102 000 euros. The completion of the mortgaged property is currently 90%. The project is located near the main points of the city - the Town Hall Square, the Hall Market, the Vilnius Railway Station - in a reviving district, where the construction of new house kits is increasing.
