It is a great place for those who dream of the peace of nature, but do not want to be separated from the city. The semi-detached houses of the first phase of construction are sold, but the construction work of the second phase is gaining momentum. Currently, 8 two-story semi-detached houses are under development, totaling 16 property units with a total area of 1 634.68 square meters. Apartments in semi-detached houses will have an area of 101-103 square meters. Each apartment will own a 3-5 acre plot of land. This pooled amount will be used for the completion of two semi-detached houses with a total area of 410 square meters. Apartments in semi-detached houses will be sold with partial decoration. The planned income from the sale of semi-detached houses are about EUR 554 500.
