We present a new project for investment, "Studentu butai". The project owner will use the raised funds for the refinancing of existing loan and for the development of real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 124 600.

The project owner's group has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of about 1 500 square meters.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate a part of the raised funds to the refinancing of the available loan, and the other to the construction of apartments of 31.45 and 31.36 square meters, on the ground floor of a brick apartment building in Vilnius, and maintenance of the common rooms on the basement floor, which belong to the company of the developer group. The apartments will be sold after the installation work is completed. The expected income from the sale of two apartments is EUR 189 000.

To secure the interests of investors, 31.45 and 31.36 square meter apartments, built in 1962 (renovated in 2022) are pledged, at Studentu st. 41-7 and 41-6, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 178 000.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9,5%
- From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 10%
- From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10,5%
- From 5 000 EUR – 11%
