We present a new financing project "Sklypas Drebuliu g.", the funds of which will be allocated to the refinancing of the current loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 31 900.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project has purchased a 24-acre plot of land in a residential quart in Kaunas district. This plot of land is planned to be divided into 6 separate property units and residential houses will be built in them.
Progress of the project:
The subdivision of the site is currently underway: aerial photographs, visualisations, density and layout planning. The architectural design of the block of houses is also being carried out in order to obtain a building permit as soon as possible. In addition, minor construction work has started, such as raising the ground level on the site and installing access roads for the houses.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure investors' interests, a plot of land with an area of 24.86 acres is pledged at Drebuliu str. 17, Kaunas district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is currently EUR 70 000.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
