Introducing the new financing project in Estonia - "Savioja 5a, Tartu". The project owner will allocate the raised funds to refinance current loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 231 000.
The purpose of the project:
The project owner will allocate the raised funds to the refinancing of the available loan, which was intended for the development of real estate. After the completion of building construction works within a period of 9 months, the buildings will be registered in the Registry Center so that the project owner can obtain a building use permit. The buildings are built according to all building permits. After registering the buildings, this loan will be refinanced for a longer period in another credit institution.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, service buildings with a total area of 548.5 square metres are pledged at Savioja 5a, Tartu. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is currently EUR 367 000. In addition, Riivart Grauberg provides a guarantee for this loan.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 999 - 10.5%
- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 9 999 - 11%
- From EUR 10 000 11.5%
