Project "Premises, Pylimo str." at Vilnius oldtown. To ensure the interests of investors, 414,12 m2 premises at Pylimo str. 59-17, Vilnius, will be mortgaged. Project funds will be allocated for the development of this project and refinancing of other loan. Currently, the purpose of the mortgaged premises is "other", but some of the premises were used as shop premises a couple of months ago, they have windows and an exit to Pylimo Street. In the near future, the purpose of premises will be changed to residential. The following works will be carried out with the help of this loan: external walls will be painted, apartments with finishing will be installed. Previously, the developer developed the project "Angelo Loftai" in Uzupis, the project was successfully completed, the investors were settled in March 2020. We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
