We present a new investment project "Namas Zemuogiu g.". Project financing will be used for working capital, refinancing and the development of another real estate project. The amount collected is EUR 308 000.
The project owner buys a plot of land in Bajorai, Metu str. 90, where plans to develop a block of flats. After purchasing the plot, the documents will be processed, the purpose of the plot will be changed and the design of the house will start. The project developer has previously successfully implemented projects for the development of residential houses, shopping centres, warehouses and industrial premises.
To ensure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged in Vilnius d. municipality, Bajoru village, Zemuogiu str. - A plot of land with an area of 12.06 acres and a residential house of 2020 construction. The mortgaged house is 365.67 square meters, with partial finishing, and the registered completion is 76%. In addition, acommercial plot 489.29 acres plot of land pledged to investors is located in Sirvintos district municipality, Jauniunai eldership. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 567 000.
The mortgaged residential house is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, in Vilnius district, Bajorai village, in the block of private houses. Structurally convenient location - just 6 minutes by car to the western Vilnius bypass.
