In addition, acommercial plot 489.29 acres plot of land pledged to investors is located in Sirvintos district municipality, Jauniunai eldership. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 567 000.
The mortgaged residential house is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, in Vilnius district, Bajorai village, in the block of private houses. Structurally convenient location - just 6 minutes by car to the western Vilnius bypass.
