We present a new financing project "Namas Sumsko g.". The major part of the raised amount will be used for the development of real estate projects, and the rest will cover the existing financial obligations. The amount to be raised is EUR 220 000.
Project owner:
The project owner's company has been engaged in real estate development for 10 years. The owner has the status of a reliable developer and has experience in the construction of houses and two-apartment houses. Previously, the project owner successfully implemented 8 real estate projects on the Profitus platform and always paid interest on time and repaid loans to investors.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will allocate the major part of the concentrated amount for the development of real estate projects (Rykantu namai, Moluvenu namai, Satrininku namai), and the remaining part will be covered to cover the existing financial obligations. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the company's real estate.

To secure the interests of investors a 10.80-acre plot of land with a two-storey, 217.74 square meter, Class B residential building with a garage is pledged at Sumsko st. 252, Vilnius. Access to the house by an asphalt road. According to UAB "Ober-Haus", an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 322 000.

- From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 8%
- From 1 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 8,5%
- From 10 000 EUR to 29 999 EUR – 9%

About the Profitus
Profitus is a crowdfunding and investment platform whose main goal is to make investment available to everyone. Investments start at 100 euros, and the platform is open 24/7. Investments are secured by pledging real estate and other collateral (e.g., indemnity or warranty). Different projects have different security tools that users can access in self-service for each project.
Profitus consults with the Bank of Lithuania in order to ensure perfect compliance with the law. Monetary operations on the platform are carried out in cooperation with Paysera and Trustly.
