We present a new financing project - "Lauru kvartalas". The amount raised will be used for real estate development. The amount tobe raised is EUR 150 000. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the property.
The aim of the project:
The project owner is developing a 1 300 square meter residential block at Lauru st., Kaunas District. There are currently 9 two-apartment buildings in the project. All 18 apartments have already been sold, preliminary sales agreements for 16 apartments have been signed, and 2 notarial contracts. The average selling price of a two-apartment apartment with partial finishing is EUR 70 000. Revenue from the sale of all apartments will amount to EUR 1 260 000. With the funds the project owner will complete the construction work.

To secure the interests of investors 3 residential houses with a total area of 196.58 square meters, with the parts of the plot belonging to them (9.35 ares) are pledged at Lauru st. 5, 9, 11, Uzliedziu village, Kaunas district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 222 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 999 EUR – 9%
- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9,5%
- From 5 000 EUR – 10%
