We present the new project "Dvibutis Garliavoje Kadagiu g. 14". Part of the funds raised by the project will be used for the refinancing of the existing loan, and the rest will be used for the construction of the semi-detached house until it is fully finished. The amount to be raised is EUR 160 000.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate part of the rasied money to the refinancing of the existing loan, and the rest to the construction of the A++ class, 223.15 square meters, two-story semi-detached house until complete completion. The apartments in the semi-detached house will be sold. Estimated sales revenue of the entire project is EUR 512 900.

To protect the interests of investors, a two-story semi-detached house with an area of 223,15 square meters and a plot of land with an area of 9.18 acres are pledged at Kadagiu str. 14, Rinkunu village, Kaunas district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 229 100.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9.5%
- From 500 EUR to 1 999 EUR – 10%
- From 2 000 EUR to 3 999 EUR – 10.5%
- From 4 000 EUR – 11%
