We present a new financing project "Drebuliu G17", the funds of which will be allocated to the company's working capital, documentation arrangement and project preparation. The amount to be raised is EUR 31 900.

The project owner has accumulated experience in the real estate development business. Has implemented residential projects with a total area of 1 180 square meters.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project has purchased a 24-acre plot of land in a residential quart in Kaunas district. This plot of land is planned to be divided into 6 separate property units and residential houses will be built in them. This loan will be repaid from the income of the company's activities or by refinancing the loan after the development of the project has started.

To secure investors' interests, a plot of land with an area of 24.86 acres is pledged at Drebuliu str. 17, Kaunas district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is currently EUR 70 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 8,5%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 999 – 9%
- From EUR 1 000 – 9,5%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.
