Project “Commercial premises Laisves ave.“. The purpose of the loan is refinancing. The borrower is engaged in the development of real estate projects and rental of commercial premises. To ensure the interests of investors, liquid assets are pledged – commercial premises at Laisves al. 41-1A and 1B, Kaunas. This loan will be repaid from rental income and sales of other development real estate projects. The borrower pays interest on time. Previously, the developer have financed and implemented the project "Aleksotas dvibuciai". The developer fully settled with the investors for the project "Aleksotas dvibuciai". For those who invest more than 5,000 Eur + 1% to an annual interest. The property is pledged to investors by a primary mortgage. We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
