We present a new financing project, "Butas Tyzenhauzu 10", the funds of which will be used for the final settlement of the apartment. The amount to be raised is EUR 77 000. This loan will be repaid by the proceeds from the sale or rental of this property.

The aim of the project:
The owner of the project purchased an 81.41 square meters, 3-room apartment located on the first floor at Tyzenhauzu st. 10-5, Vilnius. The apartment will be divided into three separate property units (apartment no. 1 - 31.37 square meters area, apartment no. 2 - 20.34 square meters area, no. 3 - 23.63 square meters area), fully furnished (a detailed apartment plan is attached). Two apartments are planned to be sold, and one to be kept for short-term rent, which would generate about 800 -1 000 euros per month. The planned income from the sale of two apartments is about EUR 192 500.

To protect the interests of investors, a 3-room apartment with an area of 81.41 square meters is pledged at Tyzenhauzu st. 10-5, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 110 000.
We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
