The purpose of the project:
The funds of the project will be allocated to the separation of the 62.91 square meter apartment in the building built in 1982, which was purchased with own funds for EUR 95 000, into 2 separate apartments, their furnishing and the implementation of other existing projects. After completing these works, the apartments will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is about EUR 200 000.

To ensure the interests of investors, a 62.91 square meter apartment is pledged at Seskines str. 3-11, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 96 500.

- From EUR 500 to EUR 1 999 - 9.5%
- From EUR 2 000 to EUR 4 999 - 10%
- From EUR 5 000 to EUR 9 999 - 10.5%
- From 10 000 - 11%
